- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Create and execute effective strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their staffing requirements and provide advice on recruitment processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and offer guidance to employees on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and changes
- Assist in performance management processes such as goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans
- Utilize HRIS systems like Paylocity, PeopleSoft, or Workday to maintain accurate employee records and generate necessary reports
- Support change management initiatives by aiding in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide advice to employees on HR-related issues, including policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations like OSHA
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Familiarity with performance management processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
