Key Responsibilities:
Lead the tax department, guaranteeing seamless execution of all tax-related tasks and meeting crucial deadlines
Provide cutting-edge tax planning strategies to our valued clients
Oversee and meticulously review tax filings for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations
Dive into intricate tax matters during client projects, conducting thorough research and analysis
Partner with clients to uncover innovative tax planning avenues
Mentor and empower our team members to excel in their roles
Foster a culture of growth by offering comprehensive training and development opportunities
Cultivate enduring client relationships and deliver unparalleled service excellence

Requirements
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) license required
Over 5 years of impactful tax experience, with a solid foundation in public accounting
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Excellent at prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
Keen attention to detail and precision
Expertise in tax software and financial analysis tools
