About Us:
We are a well-established public accounting firm looking for a talented and proactive Tax Manager to lead our tax department. If you are passionate about tax planning and providing top-tier advice to clients, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of the tax department, ensuring smooth execution of tax tasks and meeting essential deadlines
Offer innovative tax planning strategies to our clients
Review tax filings for various entities with precision
Delve into complex tax issues, conducting in-depth research
Collaborate with clients to identify new tax planning opportunities
Mentor team members for their professional growth
Promote a culture of learning through training initiatives
Build lasting client relationships and uphold service excellence
Enhance internal processes for better efficiency

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or hold an Enrolled Agent (EA) license
Minimum 5 years of impactful tax experience in public accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Strong task prioritization and deadline management skills
Attention to detail and expertise in tax software and financial tools
