Business Systems Analyst

Our client in the Hagerstown, MD area has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a full time, direct hire role with a very well established company.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing business problems, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring that our systems are aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Develop and maintain system specifications
Design and implement new systems and enhancements to existing systems
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies
Develop and execute test plans
Train and support end users
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends

Qualifications:
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Strong understanding of system development methodologies
Experience with various software development tools and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
