Corporate Analyst Program:


What you will do:


As a part of the Implementations track within the Corporate Analyst Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in complex projects that can have a significant impact on the business while strengthening the skills necessary to lead in the FinTech industry.

Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry level opportunities with the ability to advance within our company upon completion of the two-year program.

In this role, you will learn and assist in very broad and challenging tasks to ensure that projects and requests for clients are processed expeditiously and accurately.

Analyst will drive the evaluation and enhancement of business processes, anticipating and implementing solutions for continuous improvement. Conducting meetings, performing requirements analysis, and communicating results effectively, they will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and managerial staff


What you need to have:


  • Recent graduates of a bachelor's degree program
  • GPA 3.0+ preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross functionally with all levels of staff and leaders
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment and flexible to changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks

Majors:

A range of college majors are considered based upon specific needs of department such as: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, and Project Management
