This detail-oriented individual should have a strong focus on accuracy, and able to accept critical feedback because they are always looking to produce the highest quality outcome.


This individual will also be an imperative part of the Identity Credentialing and Access Management (ICAM) Implementation team for integrating an ICAM solution into LogiCole.

Specifically, we are looking for someone that can work well with a cross-functional team to ensure the team remains accountable to the work that needs to be accomplished.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be able to operate independently as well as seamlessly with the team to complete the mission.
  • Communicate well on all levels to various government and contractor support personnel, Developers, Business Analysts, Testers, Engineers, Operations Administrators, and Leadership.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment, overseeing crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful program increment planning participation.
  • Builds and leads highperforming teams, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Manages team tasks and remove impediments to ensure on time and quality delivery.
  • Working with Product Owners and stakeholders, establish and groom Epic, Feature, Capability and User Stories describing outcomebased acceptance criteria using "given/when/then" construct.
  • Evaluates, documents and tests implementation to ensure all criterion are met, to include UI standards, definition of done, and acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Scrum Master utilizing Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or 7 years of experience in information technology systems development and support.
  • Experience or knowledge of SAFe Scaled Agile Framework

Preferred Qualifications:


  • PMP, Scrum Master and SAFe certifications

Clearance Requirements:


  • Must be a U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:


  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Requires frequently communicates with coworkers, management, and customers.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Working with computers.
  • Must be able to lift and move hardware weighing up to 50 pounds.
The projected compensation range for this position is $73,500-$122,600.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
