    Job Title: Executive Director

    Company: Pacific Northwest Hospitality Training Program


    The Pacific Northwest Hospitality Training Program is seeking its inaugural Executive Director to lead the organization to success. As the founding Executive Director, you will collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish the mission, strategic goals, and operational structures.


    This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a newly established labor-management partnership focused on providing training to hospitality workers in the Pacific Northwest.


    Position Summary:
    The Executive Director will play a key role in defining organizational values and setting the strategic vision for the growth and sustainability of the Training Fund. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including training programs for entry-level and incumbent workers.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Provide full executive management leadership for the daily operations
    - Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures to support the organization's mission
    - Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards in training programs
    - Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate on workforce development projects

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum of four years of organizational leadership experience, with a focus on workforce development
    - Strong knowledge of business and management principles
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results efficiently
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    - Pro-worker and pro-union orientation preferred


    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Fluency in Spanish or Chinese
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
    - Experience in labor-management partnerships and fundraising
    - Knowledge of regional labor market and community structures


    Annual Salary:
    $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
