You'll be based out of our Malvern, PA office.
At YPrime, the Total Rewards Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent within the organization.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company's compensation and benefit offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals and budget.
Here's what we need from you:
Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration with a proven track record of success and advancement
Deep understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits administration with a proven track record of success and advancement
Deep understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, (i.e. EEO & FLSA), and industry trends
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS/payroll systems
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills

You'll partner with business leaders, people managers, and employees across all levels to drive and support work and initiatives related to the following:
Compensation Management:
Conduct Regular market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation levels for all positions
Develop and maintain a fair and equitable compensation structure, including base salaries, incentive plans, and merit-based pay programs
Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies to support the organizational objectives
Analyze and recommend compensation adjustments based on market trends, performance, and internal equity considerations
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation practices
Benefits Management:
Manage the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits
Evaluate and negotiate with benefit providers to secure cost-effective and competitive benefit offerings
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees on available benefits and promote program utilization
Monitor and analyze benefit plan utilization, costs, and trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits
Strategic Planning & Analysis
Collaborate with HR Team and business leaders to develop and implement total reward strategies that support organizational goals and objectives
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations for total rewards program enhancements or modifications
Analyze and report on total rewards metrics, trends, and program effectiveness
Stay informed of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits
Project Management and Communication
Manage the implementation of new or revised compensation and benefits programs, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication
Develop and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees on total rewards programs and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure the successful execution of total rewards initiatives
Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
