- Spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of compensation programs, including the establishment of career architecture, aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent across all sectors. Ensure that our compensation and benefits initiatives maintain competitiveness and adhere to industry benchmarks through comprehensive market analysis.
- Direct and supervise our existing Benefits team, driving the formulation and management of global employee benefits schemes encompassing health and wellness provisions, retirement packages, leave protocols, and supplementary employee incentives.
- Manage all HR data initiatives alongside other ongoing and scheduled HR reporting obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer on all Compensation and Equity matters concerning the Board, providing expertise and strategic input.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to create and implement effective communication and educational programs, elevating employee comprehension and engagement with our total rewards packages.
- Partner with finance and accounting counterparts to guarantee precise and timely budgetary planning, forecasting, and reporting of total rewards expenditures.
- Offer guidance and assistance to HR Business Partners and managerial staff on matters pertaining to compensation and benefits, including but not limited to job assessments, salary negotiations, promotions, and associated tasks.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as compensation consultants and benefits providers, as well as other pertinent stakeholders, to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our programs.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in total rewards management, encompassing expertise in compensation design, benefits administration, equity program development, and executive compensation, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in conceiving and implementing innovative total rewards strategies that are closely aligned with organizational objectives and contribute to the recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical prowess and project management capabilities, evidenced by a track record of designing and communicating clear processes, coupled with a detail-oriented yet adaptable problem-solving approach.
- Prior experience in a public company setting, including proficiency in creating board-level presentations.
- Experience overseeing HR Operations and/or HRIS systems (such as Workday) and proficiency in compensation/benefits software tools.
