Total Rewards Leader – Plymouth Meeting, PA
LHH is proactively recruiting for a Total Rewards Leader near Plymouth Meeting, PA. This position is a 100% onsite. It is a Contract (Temp) it's for 6-8 months. They are on a hybrid schedule. The anticipated pay range is between $35to $40/hr. depending on experience. Person needs to be able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR data and reporting
Balances the reward opportunities that would be available to employees that would align with the organization's goals, budgets, and expectations
Managing compensation for core services functional groups as well as overseeing all employees' benefits programs
Strategize and communicate competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement, and other work experience
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver effective communication and education programs to enhance employee understanding and engagement with total rewards offerings
Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of total rewards expenses
Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, promotions, and other related activities

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Office Suites, HRIS, and Workday
Has 8+ years in Team Rewards Leader
Has good written and verbal communication with HR team and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills

Employment type:
Contract (Temp)

Salary:
The anticipated pay range is between $35-$40 hr. depending on experience
