- Deliver AI-powered features: As a backend engineer, you'll deliver AI-powered tools that many of our customers did not know were possible. That includes working with our ML and front-end teams to translate complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand and actionable features.

- Demonstrated ability to operate at startup scale; ready to tackle evolving challenges that require incremental and fast-paced innovation.
- Deep care for the end-user experience and who approaches technical solutions from the end-user's perspective.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with most of that working on web backends, preferably with a JVM-based language. Front-end experience is an added bonus.
- Proven ability to communicate with fellow engineers and cross-functional partners – someone who knows their audience and adjusts accordingly.
- Strong track record of working on complex projects where data design and architecture is central to the customer experience; 5+ years of working with SQL and relational databases.
