    About the Role:
    The Junior Backend Engineer role at Xage provides the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking information security products designed to enhance Internet of Things security. Xage's product leverages blockchain technology to gain a competitive advantage against adversaries. This role plays a crucial part in providing thought leadership, ensuring product reliability, and enhancing design robustness.

    Responsibilities:
    - Take ownership of project scope and initiatives
    - Establish and maintain deployment processes for solutions across IT, OT, and Cloud environments
    - Enhance system health, reliability, and support ongoing improvements
    - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for scalable systems

    Requirements:
    - 2+ years experience in web browser communication and distributed systems
    - Proficiency in multi-threading, inter-process communication, and socket programming
    - Knowledge of secure coding, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment
    - Emphasis on quality assurance, test-driven development, debugging, and troubleshooting
    - Strong communication skills and agile software development experience
    - Proficiency in Linux OS and Docker
