What you bring as a facility manager:

Qualification as a home manager according to state home law regulations or
Completed studies in the field of social, nursing or health management or business administration and
Qualification as responsible nursing service manager
At least two years of professional experience in a stationary, semistationary or outpatient care facility
Management skills in areas such as business administration, personnel, controlling, conflict and complaint management
Knowledge of SGB XI, SGB XII and home law as well as company constitution law
