The department is responsible for implementing the planned underground construction measures for the supply line infrastructure in the network area of the partner companies.

The approximately 200 employees of the partner companies ensure the smooth transport of electricity, gas, water and heat, and are also responsible for expanding broadband communication for fast internet in the city of Düren and the municipality of Merzenich.
