    As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, CNS Healthcare's mission is to serve the people of our communities. Our Customer Care Team team is the face of CNS Healthcare.

    We are looking for someone who is willing to support co-workers, teammates, and the people we serve as needed throughout the course of the day.

    The Scheduling Representative is an essential member of the customer care team. They coordinate scheduling needs for the agency to ensure that individuals served are connected with providers and services.


    Please note:
    While this position is primarily office-based, there are opportunities for flexible work-from-home arrangements/hybrid work

    Compensation Range:
    The starting pay for this position is $ $17.50 hourly rate, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience

    Follow-up on assigned tasks including, but not limited to; missed appointment rescheduling, scheduling follow-up calls, etc.

    Review and update information in electronic health record system as neededMaintain knowledge and compliance with established policies and procedures, HIPAA standards, and other regulatory programs.

    Ensure that the CNS Healthcare customer care standards of service are applied to interactions with individuals served, guests, and staffReference and maintain up-to-date relevant agency resources to ensure appropriate call handling including, but not limited to; calendars, office schedules, program directories, and team rostersProvide coverage and support of other customer care team functions as neededPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:RequiredHigh School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

    A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office settingPassion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience in a dynamic and diverse work environmentProficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skillsAbility to be forward thinking and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectivesAbility to use discretion and judgment when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential natureAbility to work collaboratively and build positive working relationshipsAbility to contribute to an inclusive environment that recognizes the value and contributions of all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disabilityValid and unrestricted Driver's LicenseTransportation or Automobile accessibility with current automobile/vehicle insurance meeting agency policy requirementsPreferredExperience working in a medical office settingExperience working with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disordersExperience with Microsoft Office productsExperience with electronic health records (EHRs)BilingualAbout CNS Healthcare:
