- Training, testing, and fine-tuning the full conversation lifecycle including utterances, intents, and entities.
- Utilizing modern model validation techniques to ensure top-notch user experiences (F1, confusion matrices, precision, recall).
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to implement conversational user experiences.
- Documenting conversational design, dialog flows, wireframes, and templates to drive iterative improvements in conversational designs, architecture, and strategy.
- Generating dialogue and other relevant content for conversational experiences adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.
- Proactively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues as part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Customer Service, Leadership, Project Management, or related fields.
- 2+ years experience in Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Natural Language Processing and Understanding, Conversation Design.
