Overview
P4K provides long-term support for lifelong success by engaging students through mentoring, evidence-based programming and relationship building. Efforts to engage, enlighten and encourage students are designed to combat generational poverty by elevating youth out of low-income communities through education and mentor support. The Recruitment Vista member will work to increase Partnership 4 Kids' number of volunteers by creating a strategy and processes to reach critical potential volunteer bases, like P4K alum. This VISTA role will build sustainable recruitment communication and outreach materials that ensure our students will be supported by mentors who clearly understand the role and are positive role models committed to P4K's students' success.
By serving with P4K, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives and futures of students, as you build valuable skills, experience, and relationships to propel your career even further. Upon completion of the internship, you will receive over $7000 in education funding to use for your past or future education expenses.
