We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team at Douglas City as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our department in handling and resolving technical issues and service requests. You will also be responsible for providing user support on 1st and 2nd level in various areas, documenting common errors and solutions, and assisting with IT projects and their implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the department in handling and resolving technical issues and service requests
- Provide user support on 1st and 2nd level in various areas
- Document common errors and solutions, and keep them updated
- Review and approve solutions and workarounds created by other departments
- Provide support for various IT projects and their implementation
Qualifications
- Completed technical education or equivalent qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team, be flexible, and have strong organizational skills
