    IN BEPC INC we are looking for a Quality Engineer.

    WE WORK ONLY WITH W2 CONTRACTS (NO C2C, OR ANY OTHER RELATED)

    As a quality engineer you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement, develop quality standards and procedures, and ensure that products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Quality Control: Monitor production processes and product quality to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Implement corrective actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and standards for purchased components or materials. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis and root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
    • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective action reports.
    • Training and Education: Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
    • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering).
    • Previous experience in quality assurance or quality engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
    • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA).
    • Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual English-Spanish.
    • 2-3 years of experience in the medical industry.
