- Bachelor's degree or more than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Insurance experience is not required
- Strong computer, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
- You have a valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle
- Competitive base salary ($60k) plus bonus incentives
- 1st year average earnings $67k
- 2nd year average earnings $75k
