Clint McLain is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a true passion and clear purpose. With a rich history spanning 120 years, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will dive into servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating new relationships to expand our reach through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in carrying out these responsibilities. As you become adept at our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
