LUKE BAILEY is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team, bringing both passion and purpose to the table. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers who take pride in our work. As part of this role, you will immerse yourself in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, while also expanding our client base through referrals and leads, all the while leading a small and dedicated team.
As you become well-versed in our processes and systems, you will assume the role of Agency Director, guiding and training your team to success. This pivotal position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
