Your task is to provide perfect customer service for our trading partners in our new and rapidly growing team in the south of Munich.

Your responsibility is to ensure that all customer inquiries, orders, and other tasks are processed in a timely manner. Your goal is to make the interaction between customers and Active Brands friendly and seamless.

Together with our fast-growing team, we want to offer the perfect support for the German-speaking market in our new office and showroom.


Your responsibilities:


Communication with customers and your colleagues in the internal and external sales departments in all matters of daily sales operations.


  • Order processing in our merchandise management system
  • Support of Germanspeaking key accounts
  • Tracking and monitoring of ongoing customer orders and complaints
  • Customer support in the Germanspeaking region
  • Administrative tasks such as master data management
  • Creating reports


Communication with customers, sales agencies, and your colleagues in the internal and external sales departments in all matters of daily sales operations.


Your profile:

  • Do you have a completed commercial education?
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in working with ERP systems.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation?
  • You are very familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)?
  • You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form?
  • You are independent, a team player, and ready to take on responsibility?
  • Punctuality, resilience, structured work, and initiative are natural for you?
  • Ideally, you also have a passion for outdoor and sports
