The city of Greven is seeking reinforcements.

In Greven an der Ems, approximately 40,000 people live, and around 400 employees in the municipal administration and local companies take care of their concerns.

Together, we shape our city in close proximity to its residents.

We are currently looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Coordination of Personnel Management to join our team at the earliest possible date.

In the Department of Control, we are responsible for the strategic orientation of the entire administration, personnel development, and strategic personnel management.

Your tasks include:

Close support of the department head in all personnel management matters
Management of a small, dedicated team in strategic personnel management with a perspective of five employees
Consultation and support for (new) managers
Coordination of interfaces between strategic and operational personnel management
Management of projects in personnel management
Preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, etc.
Coordination and management of departmental workshops and topics in collaboration with the department head

The full-time position is permanent and cannot be divided. It is remunerated according to pay group A 12 LBesG NRW or pay group 11 TVöD VKA.
