Your responsibilities:
✓ You will conduct customer measurements in a timely manner for pre-series projects, complaints, requalification and series measurement orders, including internal communication, while considering specifications and standards
✓ You will prepare CAD data for measurement programs and create measurement programs
✓ You will assess the capability of parts during sample production and, if necessary, provide ongoing measurement and sample feedback
✓ You will measure raw and finished parts from series production for problem analysis
✓ You will work with project managers, tool management and quality planners to obtain series approval
✓ You will provide measurement support for the analysis of production problems and assist in determining measurement alignments on drawings


Your profile:
✓ You have successfully completed a technical education, preferably in the field of injection molded parts or toolmaking
✓ You have in-depth knowledge of measurement technology, preferably with a tactile 3D measuring machine (Wenzel L
