    **Job Summary:** Liaises with development, operations, end users, and third-party service providers as appropriate while enhancing and maintaining our workflows used across Qualified and Non-Qualified lines of business.

    + Works closely with the business to identify, analyze, and implement core business processes and workflows

    + Facilitates process design sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

    + Performs business process modelling using Visio to appropriate levels of detail (level 1, level 2, etc.) to ensure stakeholder agreement and support of the processes

    + Designs and implements functional workflows using AWD

    + Develops documentation, including clear and detailed process maps and work flows

    + Provides support for user acceptance testing and participates in testing of new system functionality

    + Grasps new concepts quickly, demonstrating understanding of the implications of technical issues on business requirements and/or operations

    + Works independently and as a member of the team

    + Performs various other duties as assigned

    + Regular, reliable and punctual attendance

    **Management Responsibilities (None)**

    **Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses, Registrations**

    + Bachelors degree in Information Systems / Operations or equivalent experience in development and support of financial services applications such as those relating to retirement, insurance, and/or executive compensation

    + Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping, and Business Process Reengineering

    + Demonstrated understanding of the implications of technical issues on business requirements and/or operations

    + Client Engagement with business experience facilitating process design sessions with subject matter experts

    + Subject Matter Expertise in retirement, insurance, and/or executive compensation

    **Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role are**

    + 3+ years experience as a process and/or workflow analyst on large and complex projects within a financial services industry such as retirement, insurance, and/or executive compensation
