    Summary: Looking for a Project Superintendent with experience in commercial construction supervision and HVAC systems.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction supervision experience
    • Experience in the installation of ton air conditioning units
    • Proficiency in reading plans, specifications and familiarity with project schedules, budgets, safety procedures
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Outlook
    • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations
    • High School Diploma at minimum

    Preferred Skills:

    • A 2-year degree from technical college in related field with 4 years of experience in the construction industry or related field
    • Experience with Commercial Retrofit air conditioning system - Schools, commercial/govt buildings

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist Construction Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed and maintain the standard of excellence established by the company and customer
    • Execute selected projects including managing financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety procedures
    • Maintain quality standards across all tasks and projects
    Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
