Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.

This role will involve overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

~ Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initial planning to completion.
Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other project documents.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Implement and maintain safety and risk management procedures.
Supervise site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with local and national building codes and regulations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the commercial construction industry.

Demonstrated expertise in budget management, blueprint reading, risk management, safety management, site supervision, quality control, team leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and time management.

Thorough knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
