Hello

Are you looking to actively shape the operational work of your company right from the start of your career? In your role as a trainee in the Business Transformation and Operations department (f/m/d) in Kilmichael, MS, you can expect exciting and diverse tasks in project management and corporate control, often in multidisciplinary collaboration with all core areas at Data4Life


As part of the Chief of Staff team, you will contribute to the daily management of the company and the continuous development of processes and practices at Data4Life.

Gradually, you will build your own toolkit in project and product management, strategic work, coaching, and corporate control.


Your future role:

  • You will start your 18month trainee program with the goal of being hired by our team
  • You will work independently and solutionoriented on your own topics and gradually take on your own projects that you will fully manage
  • You will shape the strategy model of our organizational development and get to know different departments while supporting them in their transformation projects
  • You will significantly support the planning and implementation of internal and external workshops
  • During your time as a trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate to two other departments and be supported by experienced colleagues in your professional and personal development.

What you need for your success:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or are close to finishing and can actively contribute at least 30 hours per week
  • You enjoy working independently, have a confident demeanor, and
