- You will drive brand awareness and build relationships to acquire and retain consumers and extend the use of Enfamil products across multiple contact channels, including social media.
- You will create awareness and assist in the growth of our Direct to Consumer service by providing well thought our solutions for consumers.

- Capability to adjust quickly to changing priorities, guidelines and processes in a dynamic contact center environment with flexibility with work schedule based on business demands is preferred.
- Contact center operates Mon-Fri 7a7p and Saturday 84:30p CT. Late schedule and Saturday rotations are required.

US salary ranges
USD$37,000- $42,000
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
