    We are seeking for a IT professional who has extensive experience in leading individuals and teams. Bringing synergy between teams across various geographical regions. Aligning individual and team goals to be in line with corporate direction. As well as motivate and inspire individuals to reach their true potential.

    Persistence in delivery, decision making, thinking out of the box and having a client first view. This role requires extensive experience in leading key initiatives to either mitigate risk, enablement of new business capabilities and/or client satisfaction and a leader who believes in continuous evolution with changing environment to reach higher goals.

    This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
    • Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
    • Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
    • Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
    • Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
    • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
    • Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders

    Managerial Responsibilities:

    Required Qualifications:

    10 years of experience in design and engineering solutions for large business capabilities Expertise in Payment and Merchant Services capabilities.

    Expert experience and knowledge in design and engineering of applications hosted enterprise infrastructure

    Effective Communication Clear, Concise and the ability to articulate ideas

    Should be able to lead and actively participate in conference calls with technical and business users

    Experience in Application Lifecycle Management Automation tools and integration using one or more of the following tools: Ansible by Red Hat, Jenkins or XLR

    Working knowledge/expertise with JIRA, NEXUS and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

    Exposure and familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile)

    Candidate must be self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, able to work with little supervision and a responsible team-player

    Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and interdependencies

    Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or equivalent education

    Understanding/experience with web application communication protocols - SOAP, HTTP, XML etc.

    Working knowledge of application setup, support, and configuration

    Desired Qualifications:

    Experience being site reliability engineer,

    Experience with multi-tier applications, application monitoring & security tools

    Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript

    Familiarity with distributed databases such as Oracle, SQL Server

    Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka
