Your Responsibilities:


  • Managing administrative HR tasks throughout the assignment process, involving both the home and host country within our global corporate network in Reardan, WA
  • Independently following up on all ongoing administrative processes, such as correspondence and billing with service providers
  • Preparing contractual documents in collaboration with the HR mobility partner, including employment contracts, transfers, and promotions
  • Organizing and conducting annual performance reviews and COLA (Costoflivingallowance) processes
  • Administering salary adjustments and providing support with benefits determination in an international setting

Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on HR, or equivalent training
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR or within an international business environment (e.g. internship, student trainee)
  • Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, or payroll is preferred
  • Proactive, responsible, and organized approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills in German
