    Description
    • Develops and executes test processes related to end-user data and databases; documents and tracks data-related issues, and facilitates resolution of such issues
    • Provide leadership team with a clear picture, information, and status summary reports
    • Responsible for providing detailed analysis of quality data, (i.e., defects, units status)
    • Resolve data quality problems through appropriate process design strategies, as well as error detection and correction tests and procedures
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects /activities
    • Collaborates to prepare and review data required for the quality manager
    • Utilize existing reports to collect data for all reporting needs
    • Analyze and validate data in preparation of internal dashboards and external reporting warranty
    • Configure the MES Quality Data entry and reporting system
    • Maintain the Quality Data entry and reporting system
    • Train the organization in the use of the MES Quality Data System
    • Generate KPI tracking reports
    • Conduct Warranty tracking and investigation
    • Identify Corrective Action Report and follow up
    • Demonstrate effective problem-solving methods
