    Job Title: Material Analyst at Kronos

    • Location: Currently 100% remote but could change to Hybrid
    • Travel: Not required

    Description:

    • Responsible for equipment requisitioning for UOP customer projects
    • Required Skills: Understanding of requisitioning process, familiarity with finance practices, strong organizational and problems-solving abilities
    • Support Equipment and Engineering Project Managers/Teams on Material Analyst tasks
    • Act as the main contact for Project Managers and PMO regarding Material Analyst staffing
    • Manage Purchase Requisition and Goods Receipt input
    • Handle Freight Log, Storage Invoices, and Project Closeouts
    • Collaborate with Project team and vendors on invoice tracking and payment issues
    • Adjust PR value with vendor change orders and support PCO group
    • Utilize CORA/SAP for project support and financial reporting
