Your responsibilities:

YOUR TASKS:

  • Correspondence with customers and insurers for commercial composite insurance
  • Support for sales, such as obtaining information and quotes
  • Contract management in broker management software
  • General digital customer management and maintenance, as well as claims processing and reporting
  • Assistance in creating risk analyses and presentations

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed technical insurance training/commercial apprenticeship in insurance or banking
- _Alternatively or additionally:_

Successful completion of a degree in insurance

  • Willingness to learn and work in a team
  • Interest in customer contact
