Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

Order entry and processing
Customer support for domestic and international clients
Coordination and monitoring of deadlines
Maintenance of master data and inventory in the ERP system (OGS
OGSid)
Close collaboration with our sales team
Partial material disposition

Qualifications

Your profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position at a mediumsized company
Strong customer orientation
Good knowledge of English
Excellent skills in working with an ERP / inventory management system
Proficient in MS Office programs
High level of commitment, teamwork, and resilience
Independent work style and good communication skills
Knowledge of customs clearance (import and export) is an advantage
