- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and process improvement opportunities within logistics and supply chain operations.
- Conceptualize and design innovative process workflows, system integrations, and automation solutions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Develop detailed process flowcharts, diagrams, and prototypes to illustrate proposed process designs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and successful implementation of process designs.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on process designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process documentation, user guides, and training materials, to support implementation and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process design and automation in logistics and supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design, usercentered design, or UX/UI design, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or technology industries.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and efficient process designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with process mapping tools, workflow design, or business process modeling.
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
