    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
    • Develop and implement high-impact Salesforce applications that integrate seamlessly with business processes.
    • Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for Salesforce integration, including cross-cloud solutions.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and convert them into scalable technology solutions within Salesforce.
    • Mentor and lead a team of developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
    • Maintain hands-on involvement to ensure project success and deliverable quality.
    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and updates, leveraging new tools and practices to enhance business operations.
    • Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards in software architecture and design.
    • Address and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Manage the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce, particularly focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certification, with additional certifications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions that address complex business processes.
    • Proficient in Salesforce APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration patterns.
    • Strong knowledge of API and web services development within Salesforce.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor junior staff.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
