Description

Role Overview:

Being a Salesforce Architect means you're in charge of both Technical Architecture and Solutions Architecture, making sure your designs for Salesforce solutions are top-notch. You'll guide development teams, build strong and secure structures, and share your technical know-how across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture:

Create scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures on the Salesforce platform.
Establish coding standards and best practices for Salesforce development.
Design intricate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Review code regularly and fine-tune performance to keep applications running smoothly.
Implement DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Solutions Architecture:

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and transform business needs into technical solutions.
Develop detailed solution designs for various Salesforce products.
Keep architecture diagrams and technical documentation up to date.
Promote Salesforce best practices and new technologies to improve platform capabilities.
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to test new features.

Team Leadership:

Lead and guide a team of Salesforce developers.
Cultivate a collaborative team environment that fosters continuous learning.
Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce products.
Knowledge of integration patterns and middleware solutions.
Proficiency in DevOps tools for Salesforce.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate solutions.
Effective leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
