    Job Title: Salesforce Architect

    Location: Fremont CA

    Duration: 12+ Months

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with extensive experience in Salesforce Apex, Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and hands-on coding. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, the ability to design scalable solutions, and the skills to implement complex Salesforce features.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

    Develop architecture and technical design documentation.

    Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire Salesforce platform.

    Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.

    Develop custom applications using Salesforce Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).

    Perform hands-on coding and code reviews to ensure quality and security standards.

    Design and implement solutions leveraging Field Service Lightning.

    Customize FSL to meet specific business requirements, including scheduling, work order management, and mobile solutions.

    Design and configure Service Cloud functionalities including case management, knowledge base, and service console.

    Integrate Service Cloud with other business systems to streamline customer service processes.

    Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

    Implement data migration strategies and ensure data integrity across platforms.

    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.

    Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to ensure optimal utilization.

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

    Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

    Implement security measures and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

    Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).

    Extensive experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud.

    Hands-on experience with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.

    Certifications:

    Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

    Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

    Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant.

    Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
