As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for personnel needs assessment, procurement, deployment, development, and building. You will take care of all employee-related matters from their entry to their exit.


You will plan personnel needs, calculate personnel costs, create employment contracts and references, and advise our managers on the selection and hiring of new employees.

You will also determine recruitment channels and portals and take appropriate measures to find and organize employees, including foreign professionals if necessary.

Additionally, you will oversee traditional personnel tasks such as maintaining personnel files, payroll, social security calculations, and time tracking.


Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for all personnel matters within the organization, including recruitment processes and support for applicant management
  • Point of contact for personnelrelated topics such as occupational safety, employment contracts, compensation, maintenance of personnel files, data management, and administration
  • Organizing, participating in, and conducting career fairs
  • Creating qualified applicant profiles

Qualifications:

  • Dual or onsite studies in the field of personnel management, training in personnel management, or successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in a personnel role
  • Indepth knowledge of social, labor, commercial
