Responsibilities

Renting out apartments and conducting viewing appointments
Your people skills and empathy will help you determine which tenants are a good fit for us
You independently develop rental strategies while considering current rent levels and economic indicators
Analyzing and creating concepts for propertyspecific marketing measures and implementing them
You independently commission renovation measures to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants and create return calculations
You handle internal and external coordination regarding repair and modernization measures
You are responsible for correspondence with potential tenants, service providers, and authorities, and handle vacancy notifications
You create rental agreements for apartments
Finally, you take care of rental contract management and data maintenance
