    Your Role
    Mission

    Develop, lead, and manage the assigned product line sales and marketing efforts in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of customers.

    Prepare related business development reports and conduct/present relevant market analysis.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    Business Development (75%)

    – Support the Salesforce in developing ZH Centrifugal product line business including establishing goals for product sales. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and increase market share. Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales goals in line with growth targets. Develop and support day to day activities for sales force development. Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences, as required. Maintain effective lines of communication with the relevant Business Line Manager, Regional Vice Presidents, regional Direct Sales Representatives, Technical and Service departments.
    Reporting

    (15%)

    – Prepare monthly reports that show market trends, business development results, competitor activity, sales forecasts, and prospective activity. Prepare forecasts and track orders for Industrial Air products monthly.
    Market Analysis (5%) -

    Continuously pursue knowledge and understanding of economic trends and news that may affect the compressed air business. Report such activity to the Business Line Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and regional Sales Representatives.
    Personal Development (5%)

    – Through training and development, remain current in the product knowledge and sales/marketing skills necessary to be effective in the position.
    Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.

    Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.

    Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    To succeed, you will need

    Experience
    Five years of centrifugal compressor field sales or marketing experience.
    Education
    Bachelor's (4-year) Degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.
    Skills

    Must be a proven leader who is able to work independently and has excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as in IBM Lotus Notes applications. Travel required – should be located near a major airport and willing to travel at least 50%. Must have a valid driver's license.

    $90,000 - $100,000 base salary with bonus structure. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience and has been geographically adjusted.
