We are looking for a Trainee Facility Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at one of the leading personnel service providers in the Medical & Health Care industry, based in Greenbrier, AR.

In collaboration with a privately owned and medium-sized nursing company, we are seeking a Trainee Facility Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


We value you as an individual and are looking for someone with professional experience, a strong personality, and dedication to impress our client.

Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting and representing the facility manager in coordinating the overall operations of the facility
  • Supporting in recruiting and retaining employees
  • Assisting in optimizing quality standards
  • Representing the facility internally and externally
  • Maintaining relationships with funding agencies, authorities, and government agencies
  • Ensuring compliance with company guidelines

Your qualifications:


  • Preferably a degree in business administration, health economics, or nursing management, as well as a recognized qualification in the health and social care sector
  • Professional experience as a residential area manager and/or nursing service manager in longterm care facilities
  • Sales and service orientation, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance
  • Uptodate social and communication skills
