You will independently handle second-level support for customer consultation to assist in decision-making, as well as provide advice on complex supply issues.
You will review, process, and make decisions on requests for aids in defined product groups from partners.
You will clarify supply issues through case conferences with partners, the Medical Service, and the internal expert pool, and provide advice on alternative supplies.
You will support health partners in questions regarding requested services, with the goal of optimal supply design.
You will participate in identifying and referring cases for health guidance or misconduct in the healthcare system.
Your responsibilities will include accurately determining contract rates and pricing reimbursement requests for further processing.
You will work with regional supply partners to implement contract contents and framework agreements.
You will independently organize the tasks assigned to you and carry out all necessary steps with high quality and excellence.
You will work constructively, in partnership, and with trust with colleagues from other organizational units and actively support them.
You will regularly review defined team goals and support your supervisor in implementing measures in case of deviations.
What you bring:
You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or have a comparable qualification.
You also have some professional experience in customer service.
You have a high level of customer orientation and enjoy taking on responsibility.
You recognize and implement customer and market requirements in customer solutions.
You communicate in a trustworthy, confident, and empathetic
