Your tasks:

As a construction manager or project manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the preparation and technical management of defined projects in the field of heating/sanitation
This includes supervision, coordination, and support of construction measures in terms of the project team and equipment usage, as well as monitoring of HVAC installations with a focus on technology, quality, and adherence to deadlines
In this context, you are also responsible for the correct and timely project billing of construction measures and assume cost responsibility
As a contact person (m/f/d) on site, you ensure compliance with quality and occupational safety guidelines and regularly coordinate with all project participants
Detailed documentation of the project progress, monitoring of budget compliance for construction measures, and continuous review of construction services round off your field of activity
Your goal is to optimize and further develop our business activities in a new field with your technical expertise

You have a technical education as a master or technician in building services engineering or a further education as a master plumber and heating installer or state-certified HVAC technician, or a comparable qualification such as a master refrigeration systems engineer (m/f/d)
