For my client, an internationally operating company in special mechanical engineering, I am currently looking for a Lean Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Your motto is "there is always room for improvement". Therefore, you identify new optimization potentials within our company group, develop smart implementation measures, and are in demand for improvement projects.
  • In the challenging environment of special mechanical engineering, you build your own team, with which you coordinate and lead improvement projects in all business units of the group.
  • Through the secure application of Lean methods, you identify optimization potentials, ensure sustainable and efficient processes, and reduce costs and delivery times.
  • As a multiplier, you ensure the sustainable continuation of Lean activities and enable internal interfaces.
  • Through in-depth data analysis, you make your successes measurable and report them directly to the management.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Your in-depth methodological knowledge in the field of Lean management or your experience in the consulting environment are valuable assets.
  • Ideally, your project management skills enable you to effectively manage and coordinate internal interfaces and look back on successful projects.
