WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?

As a (Junior) Process/Quality Manager (m/f/d) in the automotive industry, you will be developing the technologies of tomorrow.

In your role, you will be working on the following tasks:


  • Supporting the analysis, modeling, and further development of development processes with a focus on E/E, drive, and software development
  • Assisting in the conception of process optimization
  • Evaluating measures in terms of implementation and quality
  • Organizing, conducting, and moderating workshops and committees with internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and preparing topics from various meetings and preparing committee rounds
  • Generating ideas for continuously improving processes for new vehicle architectures
The project implementation is carried out according to both traditional project management methods and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have a degree in business administration, engineering, or natural sciences
  • You have some experience in process
