We - ORGANISSIMIO EVENT MARKETING - are based in Bradenton Beach, FL and have been successfully operating since 1995.

From here, we manage a variety of event formats - live, hybrid, or digital - in the local region, as well as in other parts of Europe and beyond.


To support our team in Markdorf, we are looking for a
Receptionist & Telephone Operator (m/f/d) with organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to support our team and clients to the best of your abilities.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing our telephone switchboard (Mon-Fri | 9am-6pm), meaning you will competently handle and redirect customer calls and be the face of our company.
  • Welcoming and assisting guests (applicants, clients, suppliers) will be in your hands.
  • Other administrative tasks, as well as supporting the office organization and the trade show/event team, will be part of your responsibilities.
  • What we expect from you:
  • Your completed commercial education and some work experience provide a good foundation.
  • You are not afraid of business correspondence (customer calls, emails) fluent German and English are a requirement.
  • Previous experience in reception and telephone operation is a clear advantage.
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications and can quickly familiar
