  • You are currently studying in the field of pedagogy, psychology, business administration, or a similar course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • High commitment, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • You have a structured and independent way of working
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German
Your tasks include

  • You support the team leader and human resources officers (m/f/d) in daytoday operations, gaining insights into diverse human resources work
  • You will be trained and familiarized with all processes and tasks relevant to personnel management throughout the employee life cycle
  • You will create employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and various certificates
  • You will be responsible for maintaining personnel master data, personnel files, and absence management
  • You will support the team in preparations (setting up new employees, entering data)
